Roma (VNA) – Italian yacht builder fiart recently signed a cooperation agreement with Vietnamese yacht service provider Saigon Yacht and Marina JSC (SYMC).

The deal should open an opportunity for Fiart to distribute luxury products and services in Vietnam.

Initially, Fiart and SYMC will focus on the distribution of a number of yachts such as the Seawalker, Classic and Cetera models, meeting the specific needs of Vietnamese customers for their comfort, speed and typical Italian design style.

In a statement, Fiart saw Vietnam as a new market with great potential, including a long coastline and strong momentum for the development of port infrastructure and maritime tourism. Yacht sales and charters in Vietnam were positive last year and are expected to continue growing in 2022.

In addition, Fiart highly appreciated the important and timely liaison role of the Vietnamese Embassy in Italy and the Honorary Consul of Vietnam in Naples, where the group’s headquarters are located.

On the occasion of the signing ceremony, the Honorary Consul of Vietnam in Naples Silvio Vecchione and Nguyen Duc Thanh, Minister Counselor at the Vietnamese Embassy in Italy, visited the Fiart factory and met with the company’s leaders. /.
