Dubai’s latest luxury project – Mr. C Residences – takes inspiration from waves and yachts

Dubai: Ready for an apartment whose interiors give the impression of being on a luxury yacht? So take a closer look at ‘Mr. C Residences’, a brand new freehold property under construction off the Dubai Water Canal.

The project comes from a new entrant – Alta Real Estate Development, owned by Abdulla Al Tayer and Ignazio Cipriani, who are part of “well established families in the business and hospitality sectors”.

ALTA’s strategy is to appropriate “high visibility plots” which are aimed at “sophisticated urbanites” and offer “exclusive living spaces”.

The architect is Bernardo Fort Brescia of the Miami-based firm Arquitectonica, while Will Meyer of the New York-based Meyer Davis firm will take care of the interiors. The concept of the building is taken from the “natural forms” of desert dunes and ocean waves.
