Dubai: Ready for an apartment whose interiors give the impression of being on a luxury yacht? So take a closer look at ‘Mr. C Residences’, a brand new freehold property under construction off the Dubai Water Canal.
This will be quite the limited edition offer, with just 27 units. Presales start this month.
There will be private elevators to each floor and the units come with private pools and penthouses with private rooftop gardens.
The project comes from a new entrant – Alta Real Estate Development, owned by Abdulla Al Tayer and Ignazio Cipriani, who are part of “well established families in the business and hospitality sectors”.
ALTA’s strategy is to appropriate âhigh visibility plotsâ which are aimed at âsophisticated urbanitesâ and offer âexclusive living spacesâ.
The architect is Bernardo Fort Brescia of the Miami-based firm Arquitectonica, while Will Meyer of the New York-based Meyer Davis firm will take care of the interiors. The concept of the building is taken from the ânatural formsâ of desert dunes and ocean waves.
In a statement, Ignazio Cipriani said, âM. It’s a concept my brother Maggio and I developed starting in Los Angeles and then extended to New York and Miami. Our goal was to create a timeless hotel brand that incorporates an environment of relaxed sophistication, attentive service and European glamor. Our goal was to create a timeless experience that survives trends and will remain relevant for many years to come. “
Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Real Estate was mandated to manage the sales. âThis resort will add immeasurable value to the Dubai Canal,â said George Azar, CEO of the company.
