Who among us wouldn’t cry out for joy as we found the keys to a brand new waterfront home in our stockings on Christmas morning? Some of you have a really big gesture in mind for the family, and the gift of a new home is one that will continue to give more than any other. A new home will be a gift your family will never expect. Just let them guess to create some suspense.
Obviously, this will take a bit of advanced basic work. You need to be sure that the house will be the one that all the makers will really like. You might have attended open houses over the years, maybe even just for fun and made mental notes on preferred quarters, size, layout, finishes, and of course my preferred is the color of the front door.
