Big Thunder Marine acquires Ozark Yacht Club


A high performance Fountain, Donzi, Baja and Statement powerboat dealership at Lake of the Ozarks in central Missouri, Grand Tonnerre Marine will grow from two marina locations, in addition to its two showrooms, to three this year. The company has acquired Ozark Yacht Club, which is a “premier full-service marina,” according to a press release posted today on Big Thunder Marine’s Facebook.

“We are excited to start the New Year with the addition of Ozark Yacht Club! It’s a beautiful property and we look forward to welcoming the OYC team to the Big Thunder team, ”said Jeremy Anderson, General Manager of Big Thunder Marine, in the statement.

In 2016, the dealer bought Glencove Marina. Four years later he bought Lake Port Marina.

With docks, a full fuel dock, restaurant and more, the Ozark yacht is Big Thunder’s latest acquisition.

The Ozark Yacht Club features six “executive level” rental homes with a total capacity of 97 guests, 110 dry dock, a supply dock, marine services, motor boat rentals and more. The on-site Lakeside Café and Anchor Room Banquet Center can accommodate meetings and events for up to 125 people.
