That depends on your passport. If your passport is Spanish, you do not need visa, since it is part of the European Union. If your passport is issued by Honduras, where, if you need visa to USA, since Puerto Rico is a territory estanoudidense as it is a free and associated state and have the concession of free visa to Honduras.

Only if your passport is from Spain not need visa, just fill out THISIf your passport is from Honduras have to go to the U.S. Embassy
